When I graduate I will be house trained, leash trained, crate trained, know all my basic obedience, be able to work on an agility course and can show you a few tricks too. Hi, my name is Petey. I weigh about 46 lbs. and am about three years old. I came to the rescue after I became homeless. My family was going through something called a divorce. I don’t understand that, all I know is it must mean you can’t have a dog or something. I am ok and ready for a new family now.
I consider myself a happy guy. I love life and want to enjoy each day. I seem to like most other dogs, cats and people. I like kids too. They are great to give kisses to. I have always lived inside and am house trained. I don’t want to brag or anything but I am one of the best squirrel watchers you will find. I patiently watch for them to come anywhere close so I can chase them! Sometimes I just like to lay on the cool grass and sun a little. Are you someone who enjoys the simple things in life? We could do it together.
